Why doesn't RTM Nasional FM have Kuala Rompin frequency like Traxx FM, Radio Klasik, Ai FM and Pahang FM?

In Kuala Rompin, RTM has a repeater for 4 of its radio stations such as Radio Klasik FM 93.7MHz, Pahang FM 91.9MHz, Traxx FM 90.7MHz, and Ai FM 89.9MHz, however the most important flagship RTM radio station, Nasional FM does not have Kuala Rompin local frequency.

Minnal FM has no Kuala Rompin local frequency because Kuala Rompin has extremely less Indians, but it can be tuned via FM 88.3MHz from Bukit Tinggi.

History is the main reason of RTM Nasional FM is unavailable of its Kuala Rompin frequency. In addition, RTM broadcast engineer told me the history too in the email after I sent my radio reception report of Nasional FM in Kuala Rompin with some frequency proposals.

I'm not sure when did RTM launch Kuala Rompin transmitter for its radio stations, but it might be in the 1990s.

In 1990s, RTM only launched Radio 1 (National Network), Radio 3 Pahang, Radio 4 (Traxx FM - English Network) and Radio 5 (Ai FM- Chinese Network) in Kuala Rompin, meanwhile Radio 2 aka Muzik FM (Radio Muzik) was not launched there.

Radio 1 was rebranded as Nasional FM in 2005, then Nasional FM and Klasik FM were merged into 1 station on RTM Radio 1 frequency to become Klasik Nasional in 2007. Until 2012, Klasik Nasional was dissolved, then RTM Radio 1 frequencies became Radio Klasik, meanwhile Nasional FM took over Muzik FM frequency slots.

Radio 1>>Nasional FM (2005-2007)>>Klasik Nasional (2007-2012)>>Radio Klasik (2012-present)

Radio 2>>Muzik FM>>Nasional FM (2012)

No matter how, Nasional FM is still available in Kuala Rompin through distant frequencies by tuning on FM 90.9MHz from Bukit Tinggi and FM 96.6MHz from Gunung Ledang, despite it has no local frequency like Radio Klasik and Pahang FM.
