FM 107.9MHz in Gunung Pulai for South Johor and Singapore. A new radio station will be launched soon?

In Johor, the FM frequency 107.9MHz was previously used by IKIM FM in Gunung Pulai to cover Southern Johor and Singapore in 2001, then changed to 106.2MHz since February 2002.

In between 2002-2014, FM 107.9MHz was not used by any Malaysian radio stations in Gunung Pulai, but 107.9MHz was used by Batam radio stations, namely Wiraga FM and Radio Komunitas Hang, both of them are Islamic radio stations in Batam, they were closed down since 2014.

FM 107.9MHz will be used by a radio station in Gunung Pulai for South Johor and Singapore, but I don't know what is the radio station's name. Since North Johor can receive radio stations from Gunung Pulai partially, I can try to receive 107.9MHz in Muar and Bakri next month..

Who will use FM 107.9MHz in Gunung Pulai Johor? IKIM FM or a brand new radio station?

If IKIM FM used 107.9MHz back, then 106.2MHz must be closed down..
